About Me

Hi, I’m Sharon — the Cancer Mum Cheerleader, a mum of two, cancer survivor and Life After Cancer Mentor supporting women in Hemel Hempstead, The UK and globally.

I know first-hand how deeply cancer can change your world — not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually too. Especially after the treatment has finished and you are learning how to rebuild life afterwards, the journey can feel overwhelming, isolating, and uncertain.

But enough about me, this isn't why you are here. You are here because you are feeling lost, out of place, conflicated and even though you have beaten cancer...do you have a sense of actually you lost?

This is the thing about cancer, it strips away everything, and after cancer you should be happy because that's what everyone around you thinks. Right? Not all the time, no. Cancer has been part of your life for months, maybe even years, it's been your normality. And now? Now what do you do?

I know how lonely and frustrating that can be, that is why I became a Life After Cancer mentor. To help support women like you, women who feel unheard, unseen.

And how? Well that depends on you.

Maybe you are feeling anxious about talking about cancer openily, and so would like to have support on that 1:1 basis. Then my package of 3 1:1s will be exactly right for you.

Maybe you like the group dynamtic, and would love to be surrounded by other women who understand and want to have support with that 'tribe' vibe. Then my online 6 week course would be for you.

Or maybe you are local (Hertfordshire, UK) and would like to meet me and the other women..to just chat and simply be you. Then my support groups are for you.

There is something for each and everyone of you, but if you are unsure then click on the button and lets have a 30 minute chat. No costs, no obligation, just two women having a chat.

And if you are wanting to know a little more about me, click on the button below to read about the start of my cancer journey.
